Hi Robin. You're right, it's a regional thing. Currently, GoodFood isn't available in the UK, but we'll keep an eye on the market and bring it there once we can find a good source of local data.

FYI I've had this same problem with skitch for over a year and tried various solutions recommended on blogs to no avail. However I'm pleased to report that (unlike for thejode), the instructions above seem to have solved it for me. Thanks!

Yeah, there are a few visual glitches that we haven't had a chance to clean up yet. AFAIK the functionality is all working properly, they're mostly just visual. eg. take a look at what happens when you hover your cursor over the "Great tip" button :)

Hi kidbrax,

Hopefully, you should only see this message once per session. I myself have been using the Safari 4 beta every day and I haven't seen that warning message in ages...

Currently our sessions are configured to expire after about two weeks, so every two weeks or so you might get that message again. Or if you clear your cookies, that could do it as well.

Let me know. If you're still seeing the message every time you login, that may mean there's a different problem we need to look into.

PS. As soon as Apple releases the official Safari 4 release (right now it's in beta), we'll upgrade our support so you won't see that message.

PPS. Also, if you access the site from two different domains (eg. "goodrec.com" vs. "www.goodrec.com"), you'll get the warning message once for each domain since cookies are stored relative to the domain of the URL. This shouldn't happen often, I was just bringing it up to see if that might help explain why you're seeing the message more often than you should.

Yes, it looks like you've discovered a bug. It seems like our Hotmail contact importer is failing on your account (as well as my test account). I just checked Gmail, Yahoo, and AOL and they all seem fine, so it looks like it's limited to Hotmail.

I'm getting in touch with the company that supplies our importer library and will let you know as soon as I get to the bottom of it.

Sorry for the inconvenience, hopefully we'll get it resolved shortly.

You're so right. Aaaaaaaaand..... it's done! Check out the site, you can now use it online without having to register.

The iPhone app still requires registration at the moment, but we're submitting a new one now which will be open as well.
