Emmy replied on November 25, 2009 01:20 to the question "problem putting hoplinks on my website... Need help" in Yola:
Hi George,
I'm sorry that you haven't gotten a response from our support department. We are committed to a 24 hour response time, but are usually much quicker than that. Sometimes our support responses end up in people's spam/junk mail folder, can you check there to see if that is what might have happened?
Are you trying to automatically redirect a page on your site to an external url such as an affiliate website? If you can tell us more about how you are setting up your links we can help with this. What I believe is happening is that you have set up the page to redirect to another url, and what happens is when you put that code on the site builder page, it will also redirect on the site builder page and take you to the external url in the site builder. Is that what is happening?
Please let us know your url and how you are wanting these links to function and we can try to help further.

Emmy replied on November 24, 2009 20:11 to the problem "Why wont my banner image load?" in Yola:
Hello amandandolan,
If you are creating the banners using photoshop that I know what the trouble is. The problem is most likely that the images have a CMYK color mode attached to them - which is not web friendly. You should be able to set your color mode to RGB-16bit and you will then be able to upload them. An easy way to do this is instead of just selecting "save", choose "save for web" in Photoshop. The image will then be automatically saved in the correct format.
Hope this helps!

Hi Lee,
Unfortunately this is a bug we are currently dealing with that is being looked into. Is that a .gif image; the bug seems to be more frequent with .gif images. Are you able to try converting the image to another format, possibly that might make a difference. We're sorry for the inconvenience. Let us know if you are able to try this and if it makes a difference.
I have to say, your site is looking awesome and I love the banner!

Emmy replied on November 21, 2009 17:49 to the question "How to make a member logon page with a user name and password created" in Yola:
Hello Oneida,
With the password protection feature, when a visitor to your site enters the username and password this will put a cookie on their browser that will store the username and password so they don't have to enter it again the next time. Anytime someone accesses the password protected page from a computer that has never accessed the page before, they will be prompted for the username and password.
What you can do if you want to have the password and username reset each time someone leaves the site is have them clear the cache. Here is a link with more information on how to do this: Clear Browser Cache.
Hope this helps!

Looks nice John, makes me think of Christmas! I would agree with Alex, the menu items are very difficult to see unless you scroll over them, possibly another banner where white text would easier show would be better.
I'm not sure if you have considered adding a blog to your site, but being that your site is travel related this might be a nice addition.

Hello Irorabaugh,
You need to use the meta tag option to verify your site with Google Webmaster, not the HTML file option. We have a tutorial which will step you through this process as well as submitting a sitemap, here is a link: Google Webmaster Tutorial.

Hello Gabe,
We would suggest that you add Google Analytics to your site, this will allow you to not only track your visitor's, but also their behavior on your site. Here is a link to a tutorial which will step you through this process: Google Analytics Tutorial.
