A comment on the question "Sitemap as webpage?" in Yola:
Hi Lisa,
Unfortunately it's not possible to put it as it is on your site as a page, but you could manually create a sitemap page by creating text links to all your sites pages. Here is a link to a tutorial with more information on creating links: Tutorial: Creating Links.
I hope this helps! – Emmy, on December 04, 2009 19:31

Emmy replied on December 04, 2009 18:13 to the question "Sitemap as webpage?" in Yola:
Hi Lisa,
Yola generates a .xml sitemap for you automatically. If you would like, you can find the instructions for how to submit this to Google in this tutorial: Google Webmaster Tutorial.
The URL of your sitemap is http://yourdomain.com/sitemap.xml. (Replace "yourdomain.com" with your own domain name.)
Hope this helps!

Hi Lee,
Can you tell me where the RSS feed is on your site and give a bit more information about how you have implemented it so I can take a look at it.
Also, what you are seeing on the 404 page (the broken link) is a known bug that we are working on fixing. We're sorry for the inconvenience.
Thanks,

Hi John,
I have done a search on your email address and do see that a few different support people have worked with you. The last support request I see is one Marije answered on Nov. 27th, but I do not see any after that. Are you possibly sending from another email address than joop202020@yahoo.com.
I do definitely see that you have an account with four sites in it. I have been able to open your Site Builders and the sites are there, so I would like to help you troubleshoot why you are not able to open them. Can you tell me what suggestions you have tried, you said you there were five? Have you possibly tried opening your Site Builder from another computer?
Please let me know and I will further assist.
Kind Regards,

@John: I think a screen shot would really help us see what you are referring to. Also, what style/template are you using?
@Smithy: Can you tell us more about what you saw with the Logistix style? – Emmy, on December 03, 2009 20:51

Emmy replied on December 02, 2009 23:23 to the question "Google verification" in Yola:
Hello garciaagraz,
If you are having trouble getting your site to verify there are a few reasons why this could be happening.
1. Make sure that you have entered the proper code into the Google Webmaster field. You only need to enter the text that is between the " " and nothing else; it will look something like this: XlBMeWkrAxWIJtD5n3C3N8Zv09QKKl3R1MaoZnssKA0
2. Make sure you clicked the yellow Update Site button after you entered the code. This will apply the change to your site so Google can crawl it.
3. If you have done both of these things and are still not able to verify your site, you may have entered your url in incorrectly. My suggestion would be to go back through the tutorial and redo the steps to make sure each part was done properly. Here is a link to the tutorial: Google Webmaster Tutorial.
If you would like you can give us your url and we can take a look at the source code to see if it looks like the code has been entered properly, and go from there.

Hi John,
I'm sorry you are having trouble loading your site in the Site Builder. Can you do a few things for me and then give it another try:
1. Clear your browser's cache. This link has more information: Clear your browser's cache.
2. Check your privacy settings. You must accept cookies from Yola. Please click on this link to find instructions for accepting cookies with your browser: Accept cookies.
3. Check that your browser is set to enable Javascript. This link has more information on how to check: Enable Javascript.
4. Try loading the site in a different browser (eg. Firefox, Safari, Internet Explorer). We would suggest using the Firefox browser as this browser seems to work best in the Yola environment. It is a free download if you would like to give it a try: Download Firefox.
Please let me know if you are still having trouble after trying these suggestions and I will further assist.

Hello,
Thanks for bringing this to our attention, this definitely sounds like a bug. Can you tell me a few things so that I can relay the information to an engineer:
1. When you saw the login page in the middle of the screen, had you tried to access your Site Builder from a bookmarked link, or did you see this when you went directly to yola.com?
2. What browser were you using?
Thanks for any information you can provide us with, it will help us get to the bottom of this quicker.
