Ender replied on July 03, 2009 16:27 to the idea "visual colourway options should match the verbal!" in Zappos:
Hey Justin,
Thank you so much for your feedback! Actually, this should be how the color menu works on Zappos. When you select a color from the drop down menu, the image of the shoes changes to correspond with that color. If you experienced a technical issue with our site that prevented this from working, we apologize for any inconvenience. Please feel free to call us at +1 702 943 7909 or write us at cs@zappos.com with details on the problem and we'd be happy to take a closer look!

Ender replied on June 03, 2009 17:09 to the question "Ed Hardy Sunglasses" in Ed Hardy:
Hey Sherry,
I'm so sorry! I work for Zappos, not Ed Hardy, so I can't say exactly why this is the case, but it probably has to do with sales information specific to Crystal Shades inventory (ie how well the product is selling, inventory cost, etc.). On behalf of Ed Hardy, we're sorry for any inconvenience this has caused you. You are definitely welcome to give them a call at 323-785-4460. Have a great day!
Ender replied on June 03, 2009 16:47 to the question "Timeline for return?" in Zappos:
Hello KD,
Actually, our return policy allows you a full 365 days from the date your order was placed to return merchandise! All we ask is that the item is in its original unworn condition and returned in the original packaging (ie shoebox, plastic wrapper, etc.). We also provide FREE return labels, so returns are at no cost to you! If you would like assistance with generating a return label, jut follow the steps below or give us a call at 1-800-927-7671 any time!
Step One: Log Into Your Account to Process Your Return Label
You can print a free UPS or USPS domestic shipping label right here off the Web. Here's what you need to do:
1. Log in to your account from the My Account link located at the top right of our site.
2. Once you have logged in, locate the "Process A Return" section and select the Order# of the purchase you wish to return, then click "Find This Order"
3. Check the items you would like to return and click on the "Return Checked Items" button on your Order Information Page.
4. If you choose, please fill out the optional Return Survey then click "Continue Return Process".
5. Choose your return shipping method (UPS or USPS), how you would like to receive your return label, then click "Continue Return Process".
6. Once you supply the appropriate information (via display, fax, email, or snail mail), you will be presented with a Confirmation Page and you're done!
7. Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse staff (usually within 72 hours of receipt), we will process your refund and automatically apply a credit to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
Step Two: Your Item's Original Packaging
* The original packaging contains a LPN bar code that helps us identify your items with your order so we can credit your account successfully. Products must be returned in the original shoe box and/or packaging. If for any reason you do not have the original packaging, which includes the LPN bar code, please print out the Confirmation Page (the final page of the return process) and include it in your shipping box.
Step Three: Your Shipping Box
* You can use your original Zappos.com box, or any plain, unmarked cardboard box to ship your return.
* If there are any existing shipping labels, stickers, or other materials on the shipping box from previous shipments, please remove them.
* Attach your new return label to the shipping box.
* UPS Labels: If you chose to print a UPS return label, tape your UPS return label to your box, then drop it off at any authorized UPS Shipping Center. PLEASE DO NOT USE A UPS DROP BOX - you must drop off your return at a UPS Service Center - thank you! Find the UPS Service Center Nearest to You.
* US (Postal Service) Labels: If you chose to print a US (Postal Service) return label, you can either drop it off at your nearest post office or hand it to your USPS mail carrier.

Ender replied on May 16, 2009 15:41 to the question "Converse the best shoes to wear barefoot" in Converse:
Hello Cogolan,
Actually you can wear a lot of shoes without socks! However, socks assist with the wicking away of moisture. When you don't wear a sock, your shoes can sometimes get an unpleasant smell because the moisture soaks in to the shoe. We would recommend purchasing a Converse shoe that has some breathability if you are planning to wear it without socks for extended periods of time. I hope this information assists you and we hope you have a great day!
Ender replied on May 16, 2009 15:38 to the question "personalized" in DVS:
Hello Married,

Ender replied on May 16, 2009 15:33 to the question "need a wide golf shoe" in Ecco:
Hello Sero,
I would be happy to assist you today! After looking through Ecco Golf's online inventory, I'm not sure any of their size 14's would work for a 4E width. The widths on all of their golf shoes appears to be medium or a D width. Since you need a width that is substantially larger, the fit may not be comfortable. We recommend contacting Ecco directly to see if they can assist you with a special order for your actual width. Some brands offer this service. Ecco can be reached at 1-877-240-2365. I hope this information assists you and we hope you have a great day!

Hello Mickey,
I'm so sorry for the delay in my reply! Easy Spirit just got in touch with me and advised that the Bliss is no longer in production. However, they advised that the Easy Spirit Romy is similar and is the closest comparable shoe. Here's a link to that shoe on Zappos.com so you can take a look:

I hope this helps!

Hello Anton,
I would be happy to assist you today! Unfortunately, I'm not sure which pair of Nike Presto shoes you're interested in. I show that Nike offers a Presto line of watches and kids shoes, but there are different styles like the Nike Presto LE, for example. Is there a specific style that you're looking for? You may also want to speak with a Nike expert at 1-800-806-6453. Have a great day!
