A comment on the idea "Internote Linking" in Evernote:
When can we expect it? This feature is the one thing that keeps me from switching from VoodooPad to Evernote completely. – jabarig, on December 01, 2008 18:16

The search syntax is located here. See section C.

This would be a fantastic feature; I was very torn between a wiki and Evernote as my main note store, obviously Evernote won, but I would still love to have some more "wiki-like" functioning where I can create connections between related ideas (this is, after all, how the mind works). I do still keep some of my own thoughts in a wiki as it lends itself better to certain kinds of random ideas, but if Evernote introduce more connectivity between notes I'll probably move entirely to Evernote.
Any idea how soon this kind of feature might be implemented?

Not really, although you could use the web UI to access one of the accounts, instead.
You could also consider installing the Portable version of the app on a USB key for use from the PC. This doesn't require permission to install software on the computer, and all of your data goes with you on the USB.
