Hi Sumit,
I'm not sure that Napkee is the right tool for you.
Napkee converts the XML from Balsamiq Mockups into HTML or Flex code and doesn't need any compiler...

sorry to hear about that.
I just recorded a small screencast where I show the whole flow from Balsamiq Mockups to Napkee and to Flex Builder.

You can see in there that I create 2 mockups, tabbar1.bmml and tabbar2.bmml, link them to each other, import the 2 files into Napkee and export it to Flex (on the screencast you also see that I export to web - that doesn't count, sorry!). Then from Flex builder I import the project and launch the main project file.

When you see a click handler like

Application.application.navigateTo(new tab2());

it means that Flex is expecting to have tab2 in the project. Do you have tab2.mxml in your project?

I know for sure that Peldi of Balsamiq has already included in the next steps the reorder tabs feature for Mockups so for the time I have the PDF in Napkee probably Balsamiq will have the new tabs in place and that would make my export somehow obsolete...

It's probably the same exact problem of before. Export and preview use the same code so once it's fixed for the export, it's fixed for the import as well.

it seems that you found a bug. Napkee behaves like that when there's something that "breaks" it.

Can you please send me the bmml files you are trying to export? I can have a look, fix Napkee and point you to the pre-release as soon as I've a solution for the problem.
