enSue replied on May 28, 2009 20:55 to the problem "Crashes Firefox when loading iGoogle" in Mozilla:
Please note that not all or every iGoogle gadget causes Firefox to crash and that it may not necessarily be related to Ubiquity. You will need to determine which iGoogle gadget is causing the crash when opening iGoogle in a Firefox tab or window. Also, you should test if Firefox crashes when opening iGoogle with Ubiquity disabled in Firefox. If Firefox crashes upon opening iGoogle while Ubiquity is disabled, then the conflict may be between an iGoogle gadget and another Firefox extension, or the crash may simply be due to a specific iGoogle gadget and nothing else.

A comment on the problem "Reset Password Link Leads to Error Page" in Get Satisfaction:
I just realized after writing a reply that I probably should have responded using my original account rather than the new/temporary one.

enSue reported a problem in Mozilla on October 25, 2008 07:51:
Crashes Firefox when loading iGoogleFF 3.0.3 crashes and closes upon loading of iGoogle. I have narrowed down the cause of the crash to a conflict between Ubiquity 0.1.2 and a specific iGoogle gadget "National Geographic Photos" by gWidgets (http://www.google.com/ig/directory?ty...). I haven't experienced any problems once I deleted that gadget. Note: I tested each of my FF extensions and plugins, and each of the iGoogle gadgets I had, and even tested with a different iGoogle account. I have the standard commands that shipped with Ubiquity. I also informed the makers of the iGoogle gadget.-

enSue replied on October 23, 2008 05:09 to the question "Is there a keep item unread option?" in Feedly:
I, too, would like a "Keep Unread" or "Mark as Unread" option in feedly. For me, starring and keeping an item as unread serve two entirely different purposes. I use the "Save for Later" (Starring in Google Reader) optionn for long-term bookmarking and future searching. I like marking items as unread in Google Reader when I want to pause reading the article and continue reading it later that day/,or when I want to keep an eye on the comments attached to the article's page.
This is the one major issue that prevents me from using feedly on a regular basis and for ALL of my feed reading. (I currently only use feedly to read certain feeds I know I won't need to pause on or retain to follow comments.)-
