Use Twitterfeed to feed ping.fm. Use ping.fm to feed all other accounts.

Don't use bit.ly. Instead use tinyurl in Twitterfeed settings.

Create an account in twitterfeed.com. From there you can post your feed to Twitter, facebook, ping.fm etc. I post my feed to ping.fm via Twitterfeed & through ping.fm I post to Twitter, Facebook, Linkedin, Gtalk, Ning & many more social media sites.
