Thank you for your feedback regarding our host selection process, and I’m sorry you are frustrated. The popularity of House Party has grown dramatically in this past year, and there has been a substantial increase in the number of applications we receive for each party. Because of this sheer increase in numbers, we unfortunately have to turn down quality hosts much more frequently than we have in the past.

We are aware that some hosts may be discouraged with the host selection process, and we are trying our best to satisfy everyone. One way we are planning on doing this is increasing the number of hosts for each event. At the moment, the largest event House Party has held was the Hershey’s Bliss House Party, and that event had 10,000 hosts. However, we are currently in talks with two companies to possibly have a 15,000 host party AND a 20,000 host party!

We want to continue this trend of having larger parties in the future, and hope you continue to apply to host. Please let me know if there is anything else I can do for you, and have a great weekend!
