I was charged $13.93 four more time. This Problem occured 2 weeks ago and now it is happening again. Can you please fix this? Will you erase my credit card info out of your system? VERY FRUSTRATED!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was charged $13.93 nine times on 11/24 last downloaded 3 videos on 11/22. Thought the total should only be 5.97 one time. Very Pissed!!!!!
