I agree, when transactions are downloaded I usually have to delete the transaction I entered of vice versa. SOMETIMES it reconciles, but I think I read somewhere that the transaction has to match exactly. Maybe the amount should match and the transaction description should be "like" the one we entered, instead of exactly equal to it.

Projections are very buggy and they don't show budgets like you would think. If you delete bill reminders, sometimes they will still show in the projections. So keep a very, very close eye on the transactions and amounts it lists.

JB, you can. Click on your BoA account and there should be an 'account type' and it probably says checking. Account type should be where the ledger balance, available balance, currency, etc. settings are located (towards the top).

I found that I had to change a few of mine. Once I did they showed up immediately in the right category.

I like this as well, but the headings of each type need to have a darker/different background color to help distinguish the different types. It's so light right now it almost looks like just a regular account.

I like this idea too, and actually the transactions should default to Pending IMO. One way around this in the time being is to add all of your transactions, and once they are added, select them and change the status of them all at once.

I have several accounts with one bank. When I set them up, I setup several different accounts (one for each I had at a bank). When I would sync, it worked fine, it downloaded the right transactions for the right accounts. However, twice now Buxfer has lost the knowledge when syncing which bank account goes to which Buxfer account. This resulted in checking account transactions being downloaded into money market, etc. It made a real mess of things.

I'm growing increasingly frustrated with the Projections. Sometime they show what's in bill reminders, sometimes they don't. Very flaky. A few days ago it was showing bill reminders I deleted, today it's NOT showing an "Income" bill reminder. This is one of the most used sections for me so that I can project out all of my accounts, and for it to be this flaky may just be a deal breaker for me. Anyone else having these issues?

Projections not working

My projections aren't working correctly. They are showing bill reminders which I actually deleted. Is this not real time so that when I delete a bill reminder it's removed immediately from the projections? The fact that the projects aren't including monthly or weekly budgets (they should do both) is really frustrating. It's showing transactions I can't find to remove, maybe they're not coming from the bill reminders, I don't know anymore.

Application locked up in Automatic Rules section while trying to remove all keywords for a rule, now I can't log into Buxfer at all. I've had the automatic rules lock up on me before when I tried to edit a rule and delete all keywords.

I would like to be able to jump to a particular month on the bill reminders calendar. Currently I have to scroll month-by-month to get to the month I want to view.
