Allow editing single bill reminders, but keep them recurring.

One thing I always did in MS Money is edit a single bill occurrence if an amount was going to be different for a recurring bill. It would be nice to do the same thing in Buxfer. I can get around this by changing the value of the transaction once it's added from the Bill Reminder. Sometimes I don't want to wait for it to enter that transaction automatically before I can edit it, though. This will allow the Projections to be even that much more accurate.

I'm not exactly sure, but I remember now what the problem was. I tried creating repeating transactons, then editing them on the Bill Reminders page and it wouldn't let me, the amount was empty. So, I removed the repeating transaction and added it back as a bill reminder and that worked for me.

I can't change the time on Bill Reminders. It defaults to 10:15, and appears it's Pacific time. I want my reminders to be at 6am eastern, so I tried to change the time and it didn't work.

I didn't like the way the Buxfer handled repeating transactions, so I removed them and now I use Bill Reminders instead. Initially it appeared that repeating transactions acted like bill reminders, but some funny stuff was going on. I'd recommend adding the transactions directly from the Bill Reminders screen and NOT clicking the 'Repeat' link under a given transaction.

I'm a MS Money user and just subscribed to the Pro version of Buxfer. So far I'm loving it. Coming from Money, there are a few differences, but nothing major. I've been running both MS Money and Buxfer now for almost 2 weeks, and probably continue for another week or so before I stop using MS Money altogether. The Projections is just like the Cash Flow, which is nice. And as the others have said, you can create bill reminders or pending transactions, and I do both. I like the budget feature but they need to include Pending transactions AND be included in the Projections.

There's still work to be done with this program, but it's getting there IMO.

I'd love to have maybe just a general widget on the summary page that showed all the budgets, or perhaps one widtget per type of budget (weekly, monthly, etc) and all budgets need to show in the projects, IMO.

I agree, I'd like to be able to search of filter for unreconciled transactions. There's already a button for reconcile and one for pending.
