Shane, I checked my mac address on router sticker, which is what I sent you, and what the router had. They were different by one letter at the end. I enabled MAC cloning, and corrected it to the sticker on the router. The router is a linksys WRT-54G2 V1. The mac address is 00:21:29:76:E6:9A Could you please check to see if I'm in your database. Please email me, so as to resolve this issue.

I've done all suggested so far, to no avail. Any suggestions????

Shane, I'm still having the same problem. I've submitted my router's mac address, and still, months later,no solution. What could be wrong????? How do I get in touch with you??? Eric
