jerryk,
While we don't have a way to delete data from x time period back, that would be an interesting addition. I'll be sure to bring it up to Sean, if he doesn't stumble back in here before I see him next.
As for having a local copy of your data, if you click on 'My Account' up in the header, then click on the 'Export' tab, there is an option to export your data in one of the three most prominent spreadsheet applications, for whatever time range you specify.
This export gives both a general view, as well as an extended view of your data throughout the time span you select.
Hope this can help somewhat!
Regards,
Eric

Josh,
On another update, I have confirmed I know what the problem is. Unfortunately, it's not something on BubbleTimer's end. Google Charts API (what we use to generate the nice pie and line graphs) imposes a URL length of 2047 characters. This is all nice, until we start cramming more and more data into the url. I'm researching alternatives now.

Eric

Josh,
It appears to be something to do with the characters in your activity names. The characters that have various accent marks and umlauts. I'm working on finding a way to gracefully handle all of these marks.

Eric
UPDATE: I think I've got it, and will be doing some testing to ensure it's working before it gets pushed to the server.

josh.w,
This is quite odd. I myself don't experience this problem, but am quite interested in it and wish to look into it. If you would be so kind as to email me from the email address you signed up with, I can look through and see what might be causing it.
Regards,
Eric
You'll find my email address below. Spider bots are nasty little buggers, aren't they?

Error while sorting activitiesI have been working on an issue which seems to have arisen with sorting activities. It may or may not be affecting some users, and I have been trying to discover what has been causing it (as, in all of my tests, it has worked perfectly fine with no errors).
If anybody has been having any issue, could you please give me as much information as possible as to what you were doing when it happened, and if your sorting still succeeded or not.
Thank you everybody for your continued support and tolerance of these little quirks that sometimes arise, as Sean and I work valiantly to provide a service that does exactly what is desired from it.
Regards,
Eric

Tijl,
Just to let you know, I've resolved the issue with the shift click on Firefox and *nix. However, it will be a few days or so till it gets pushed, because another error was discovered in the process, being that for some reason Internet Exploder is not recognizing any of the key events (though shift clicking is still working? Very confusing).
Sean and I are looking into it, but since these two issues were in a related area, we decided to hold off on pushing till we can do further development and tests.
Sorry for the delay!

Eric

Tijl,
First off, WOW. That looks like it took an amazing amount of time, and it clearly shows. You put a lot of thought into it and how it would work, and I am sure Sean will be equally impressed. I myself prefer the second method of showing the data, as it gives a much more visual view to the week, though I'm working it around in my mind as to how to modify it because Sean and I both try and allow the user to work their reports around to fit whatever time span they desire.
Regardless though, that is some awesome work, and I will be sure to make sure Sean gives it a thorough reading over.

Eric
A comment on the problem "Timepost freezing fatally on downloading FreshBooks data" in Colovo:
biggie,
You can trust this company. Their reasoning for requesting your account information is quite valid, as I myself use Freshbooks and have no problem getting information through TimePost. They simply are trying to see what it is about your account that is causing the issue, or if it's simply your computer. – Eric Musgrove, on December 02, 2008 22:22
