The three phones they support are all clamshell phones rather than touchscreen phones. I don't know if that is part of this or not. I have read that the touchscreen phones are not as responsive as one with navigation buttons, but don' t know if that is entirely true (the Dare has quite a bit of touch screen menus with small buttons).
I am just glad that I still have my Razr so I have time to figure out an alternative. I am switching the Dare to my wife so I can keep her Razr as a backup.
It is difficult when you rely on an application and it gets yanked out from under you. I don't like the Blackberry/Smartphone approach and this is a great alternative.

Just got back from the Verizon store, where I upgraded to an LG Dare. Last I checked the Dare is supported (and AirSet lists it as a supported phone). When I got home I tried to download AirSet and cannot, as Verizon does not support the application for the Dare.
According to the Verizon website (www.verizonwireless.com/getitnow), AirSet is only supported on 3 phones.
I was able to switch back to my Razr and keep Airset, but when this phone dies my AirSet dies with it.....
