Erik asked a question in IntenseDebate on August 26, 2009 21:46:
IntenseDebate wordpress plugin using Quantcast?Does IntenseDebate place a Quantcast tracker in the wordpress admin panel for comments? Just noticed the other day because it was hanging up the load of the comment panel, if so this seems inappropriate.

We have this problem as well, the reply to one of our comments is not showing up. I've reset ID but it didn't help. Here is the permalink: http://www.nexttopmom.com/2009/08/23/...
You can see the comment in ID and you can see that the comment count says "2" but, there is no comment. I'm going to have to turn ID off if this isn't resolved very soon.-

How to get a refund from CarboniteI've been asked a few times how I got a refund and what the process was so I created this blog post to explain what I had to do. http://bit.ly/4CD9Y7
It's best you give Carbonite a chance to address your issues before you take this route, but if you have reached your wits end (like I did) then this should work for you.

A comment on the question "I want a list of files/directories that are NOT backed up" in Carbonite:
So Len, what you are telling us is that the backup software we rely on has a constantly changing blacklist that is hidden from view with no notification to the users when it changes and that at anytime files we thought were being backed up might suddenly stop?
That sounds pretty ridiculous if you ask me. How is anyone supposed to trust Carbonite to back up their files under those conditions?
BTW, for the rest of us, I found this link: http://www.tomkirkham.com/node/109. I notice that *.KEY files are on there, do all of your mac users know that their Keynote presentations are not being automatically backed up? – Erik, on June 18, 2009 16:48

Len is there a reason you won't just publish it here? What are you trying to hide? – Erik, on June 18, 2009 16:27-
