when creating an e-learning module with a test at the end, can an automatic email be sent to the user upon completion of the test?

I shut down all other programs and re-recorded but had the same issue. I'm on a laptop running Microsoft Windows XP with a 1.86GHz processor, 1.00GB RAM. Not sure the CPU I can ask my IT guy. Can I login to my account from another computer?
