New and improved webwander. I hope !I have made what i hope are improvements to my site www.webwander.co.uk.
I have made more options in the menu down the left hand side which will hopefully make it easier for the user to find what they are looking for.
Any feedback would be appreciated if you feel this is better or not
Thankyou www.webwander.co.uk

How do i do this ?Permanent Redirect Not Found
Search engines may think www.webwander.co.uk and webwander.co.uk are two different sites. You should set up a permanent redirect (technically called a "301 redirect") between these sites. Once you do that, you will get full search engine credit for your work on these sites.
For example, www.webwander.co.uk seems to have 59 inbound links whereas webwander.co.uk has 62 inbound links. By correctly configuring a permanent 301 redirect, the search rankings might improve as all inbound links are correctly counted for the website.

Help i am going mad !!I am having a nightmare please help
I am trying to upload a menu i have produced on visual menu maker i have know idea about how to go about this at all as a novice all the jargon is giving me a headache.
This is what it tells you to do but its giving me a headache :-
Adding your Menu to an Existing Web Page
In an HTML editor or Notepad, open the target HTML page into which you wish to place your menu.
Press the button below. This will copy the text in the text area below into the clipboard. In the Target HTML page, place the cursor on an empty line between the <head> and </head> tags and paste the clipboard text there.
Copy <head> tag text to clipboard
Press the button below. This will copy the text in the text area below into the clipboard. In the Target HTML page, place the cursor on an empty line between the <body> and </body> tags and paste the clipboard text there. If your menu is statically positioned, insert the clipboard text at the specific location in your web page, where you want the menu to appear. Upload the Target HTML page to any location on your website.
Copy <body> tag text to clipboard
Save the Target HTML page opened in your editor. Provided that you have an open Internet connection, the menu should now work within the Target HTML page. You can upload the Target HTML page to any location on your website.
The file vm-style.css, located in folder C:\Documents and Settings\User.COMPUTERNAME\My Documents\webwander is the Style Sheet that describes the appearance of your menu. If you wish to manually make changes to your menu's appearance, edit vm-style.css and then re-upload it to the same location where it is on your website — http://[YourDomainName]/visualmenu/vm-style.css, thus replacing the original.
ANY help would be great </body></head>
