everyone I have spoken to has asked me how the iphone 3G is. I told them it is great but it hasn't got full bluetooth capabilities. Almost all of them said they would not purchase the phone owing to this!!

Surely Apple must understand that they are indeed losing many many more customers, owing to this alone!

Has anyone queried this issue with apple yet?

As most basic phones have full bluetooth capabilities.

Also I agree with dem, however unlike him I didn't research the iphone before purchasing it, I found out later about the no MMS, bluetooth issue, no video recording and a measly 2mp camera.

Most phones these days have all the above as standard, and a better camera.

This only works with photos you take with the iphone, but photo's you import does not have the trash icon, only way is to delete it via itunes.

to think I have been a loyal apple user for quite some time, this is a major reason why people won't buy the iphone, I will be telling all my friends not to buy it as many mobile phone users utilise the bluetooth to send pics etc to each other.

so I can't bluetooth my images from my family from my nokia n95 to the iphone 3G?

If that is the case, I have been given misinformation.

Apple should specify that the bluetooth only works with other iphone's, not many ppl would then purchase it, I know I wouldn't have if this is the case.
