I can't update the list, meaning no tasks can be postponed, completed, etc. Then when I try to go to the site it won't load. Does this mean the site is down or is it me? My connection works, should I ping the RTM server?
Help, this is annoying.

Has your Walden Experience been Miserable?I have been a student for about 2 years with this University, and while I will finally finish my degree this month, the journey has been terrible. Every course I've taken has been overshadowed with customer service nightmares. From book delivery delays, to incorrect degree programs, to website problems, to financial aid mix-ups, this was one of the worst experiences of my life. If I could rewind time, I would definitely have chosen someplace else.
I have tried to explain my problems to everyone at Walden (Customer Service Reps, Managers, Department Chairs, the Ombudsman, even the personal assistant of the school's President) I can find, but nobody really seems to care. Furthermore, I have been assured many times that "things are getting better, we are improving" but according to my experiences, things are about the same.
I'm curious if I'm the only one who is having these problems or are there others frustrated like me.
