Georgio replied on March 13, 2009 10:16 to the question "Forwarding and clocking domain to new website ?" in EzWeb123.com:
Hi there,
You need to set your domain to "point" to your web address - http://www.ezweb123.com<yourwebsitename>. Each domain registrar is different but most offer forwarding services. The terminology used may differ but you want to look for something like "Framed web-forwarding". This should then mask our domain and only show yours.
If you have any specific questions about your domain then contact your domain registrar and they should be able to help you.
I hope that answers your question.
Kind regards,
Georgio

At the present moment there doesn’t seem to be an easy way to fix this problem – we’re currently looking into this in more detail. This error appears to occur when the site generates your website files. Even if we fix your site you may experience related errors at a later date due to the odd missing file.
The best way to fix this is probably to create a new registration. We appreciate this isn’t ideal but it’s probably the most reliable way of getting round the problem and will help prevent any further errors.
If you experience this problem again, please let us know.

Hi Sasha,
In addition to the above, if you still have problems, please can you email me at:
georgio@ezweb123.com
Please can you tell me (and give examples of) exactly what text you are trying to add to your profile and I'll see what I can do.
Many thanks,
Georgio

Georgio replied on October 26, 2008 16:49 to the question "Is it possible to download a created web site to host elsewhere?" in EzWeb123.com:
Hi there,
The only way you can do that is to copy the source code. Right click in the browser and go to VIEW SOURCE and then copy and paste the code into your own html files.
However, you MUST NOT link to images hosted on Ezweb123.com via an external host as you'd be stealing our bandwidth. This is not allowed.
Please be aware this is not something we provide support for.
Hope that helps.

Hi Greg,
Thanks for the message.
It's not something we offer as standard but there is nothing stopping you from linking to a forum or embedding 3rd party plugins that allow the features you ask for.
We may consider these features for the future but it's not something we have right now I'm afraid.
Many thanks,

Georgio replied on September 08, 2008 11:20 to the question "Purchasing a domain name" in EzWeb123.com:
Hello there,
We don't actually sell domain names but recommend 123-reg.co.uk.
They're cheap and have lots of options available for managing your domain.
Once you have registered your domain, all you need to do is "forward" the domain to your Ezweb123.com URL. You can also ensure your domain name stays in the browser address bar. That way, your visitors won't even know you have hosted your site with Ezweb123.com (apart from the small mention in the footer of course).
I hope that helps - if you get stuck, just ask.
Many thanks,
Georgio

Hi Randi,
Please can you post your Ezweb123.com website and I'll take a look.
In some cases, if you have Browser Caching swtiched on you may need to press F5 in order to refresh your page properly in order for your changes to be displyed.
Please let me know how you get on.
Thanks,

Georgio replied on July 29, 2008 22:22 to the question "Login field order" in EzWeb123.com:
I made some security changes a few weeks ago which may have had a minor side effect. You could probably get round this by deleting your cookies but that can be a pain as you'll lose your settings for other websites.
Try entering your username, make sure the password field is blank and click submit. You'll get an access denied message but this should clear the field. Then add your correct password back in, tick "remember me", click submit and see how you get on.
Hope that helps but let me know if the error still occurs.
Thanks,
Georgio

Georgio replied on July 29, 2008 22:08 to the question "SEO - what's the deal" in EzWeb123.com:
Hi
We've been experimenting with various ideas and have a few things in the pipeline. I can't go in to too much detail right now but it is certainly on the horizon.
For the time being we may introduce a simple page linking to all our sites. it won't look that pretty but it will at least help point Google in the right direction and should ensure your site is listed.
I would suggest you submit your site to dmoz.org. Also, Digg is a good one too.
Sorry the answer is a little vague.
Thanks,
Georgio
