f00fighter reported a problem in Feedly on March 25, 2009 01:10:
"Auto-Mark As Read" doesn't Auto-Mark As ReadI just installed Feedly (version: 1.2.222 (build 2466)) in Firefox 3.0.7, enabled Feedly-mini, turned on Auto-Mark as read and selected "yes - on all the rss enabled websites". However, none of the articles I am visiting are getting "auto-marked as read" in Google Reader.
For example, one of my Google Reader subscriptions is TechCrunch.com. When viewing articles on TechCrunch.com the Feedly-mini toolbar appears, but when I switch over to Google Reader the article I was just reading is still marked unread.
Am I doing something wrong? Do I have the wrong expectations/understanding of how this works?

JavaScript in Notes TypeList no longer worksI used to be able to use the code below in a Notes TypeList to display a countdown to a particular date on my TypePad blogs. However, this code no longer works - I've searched the KB but haven't found anything that tells me why this script will no longer work.
Can you help?
[script] /* Count down until any date script- By JavaScript Kit (www.javascriptkit.com) Over 200+ free scripts here! */ //change the text below to reflect your own, var before="Dad's Birthday!!" var current="<font>Happy 23rd Birthday Jenn!!</font>" var montharray=new Array("Jan","Feb","Mar","Apr","May","Jun","Jul","Aug","Sep","Oct","Nov","Dec") function countdown(yr,m,d){ var today=new Date() var todayy=today.getYear() if (todayy < 1000) todayy+=1900 var todaym=today.getMonth() var todayd=today.getDate() var todaystring=montharray[todaym]+" "+todayd+", "+todayy var futurestring=montharray[m-1]+" "+d+", "+yr var difference=(Math.round((Date.parse(futurestring)-Date.parse(todaystring))/(24*60*60*1000))*1) if (difference==0) document.write(current) else if (difference>0) document.write(" <font>"+difference+"</font> days until "+before) } //enter the count down date using the format year/month/day countdown(2010,6,25) [/script]

More Troubleshooting Efforts:
I wanted to rule out network/firewall connectivity issues, so I just just fired up a virtual machine instance of Win XP SP2 (using VMWare Workstation) on my primary desktop machine (also running Win XP SP2).
I installed Adobe AIR and the Pownce AIR desktop client in the VM and was able to login successfully. So now I know it's not a connectivity\firewall issue.
So...there's SOMETHING on my host machine that is causing the Pownce desktop app to fail during login.
Can anyone offer any additional troubleshooting tips? Adobe AIR doesn't utilize the Windows Events Logs (I looked for diagnostic messages\errors there...but there are none to be found). Does AIR provide any additional debugging logs, flags, etc that I can enable to help me troubleshoot this issue??

I'm still having problems logging in using the AIR app for Pownce. I enter my UN & PW (same ones that work on the Pownce web site) but all I get is the "Whoops! Try again'" message.
I've un-installed the AIR b3 release and re-installed it, and also un-installed & re-installed the Pownce AIR app...and yes, I have rebooted!
Is there some sort of logging that can be enabled to see why my login is failing???

Uploading file using desktop client (AIR) app stuck on "Processing..."I am trying to upload a 90 MB file using the Pownce desktop Adobe AIR client. The file seems to upload (it goes from 0% to 100%) but then it gets stuck on "Processing..." I've tried multiple times, but get the same results.

I can send files using the Pownce website, but I can't send files when using the Pownce\Adobe AIR application. (I'm running Windows XP SP2 and Adobe AIR beta 2 (released on October 1, 2007))
Here's what happens:
- I click the [File] button on the Pownce\AIR application. :-)
- I click the [Browse] button and select the file to send. :-)
- The file name and path don't get populated in the box. :-(-
