f1vlad shared an idea in Wakoopa on July 30, 2009 05:30:
New web appPlease add web app http://moskva.fm/. This is web application sort of like last.fm but what it does is it caches all Moscow radio stations and lets you play them back, I think up to 24 hrs back.
Same is www.piter.fm for Russian city of Saint Petersburgh.
Thanks,
Vlad

Sounds good, although the reason I asked was because similar Russian service that I use _is_ being tracked:

When you add your phone # to twitter account. They ask for your phone #. Then you put your number etc and they sms you a code. You get that text message get five or six digits code and they ask you to reply to that number with that code. I think. Well so what you end up doing is you do not reply to that shortcode number, but you put the number I gave you instead.
Then when activated you'll be sending short messages to that +44 number and it'll update your twitter.
If you have some difficulties aim me @ f1vlad.

Unfortunately old hacks aren't working anymore :( I called to customer support and they started blaming it on twitter. I said that said that it's not only twitter that is blocked but also google sms service and few others.
In the end I got a sense that customer support knows that it's blocked and there's nothing they will do about it.
I love t-mobile and have been happy. But this thing makes me mad. I've gotten used to be without these shortcodes but if a better deal comes around and they will not have this bs going on, I'll make a switch to another company.

If I remember correctly, you should go to Twitter control panel and say that you want to use cell phone. Then they'll ask you to send a certain code to a SHORTCUT number that doesn't work. So what you do is you do exactly as they say except you send the code not to shortcut number but to the UK number I showed you.
