We'll definitely consider it, and we know times are tough for everyone. But we think the value is there and it's worth a lot more than the $90. People pay anywhere from $100 to $1200 per song to get a A&R rep to listen to their song and provide feedback. We provide basically the same service and more for about $6 a song.

We do appreciate the feedback and will consider it.

Jim, we provide two free song reports, not the ability to play the songs on facebook. Once you have your reports, you can promote them on facebook using the widgets we provide, but they don't include the ability to play the song.

Are you still having issues with the widgets? We had some widget issues the past few days, but those should be fixed now. If you reload your page and you're still having widget issues, please give us the URL of the page you're having a problem with and we'll look into it.

I'm shocked that it's been over two weeks with no response. I'll look into that and see what happened. We usually get back to support issues within one or two working days depending on how many requests we have pending.

That means that the "buy" button on your widgets or on your UPK were clicked two times. Unless you told us where your music is on Amazon or the iTunes store, then it just runs a search for your artist name.

If you're not a premium subscriber, then no one is listening to your music. Streaming songs is a benefit for premium subscribers. Internally, we do listen to high scoring songs, but they're not available for streaming in your widgets until you upgrade your account.

If you got a score, that's the same score you'll get if you upload it again. Depending on the number of songs in the queue, it can take a while to get a score. It doesn't mean there was a problem with the song, it just means there was a bit of a line ahead of you.

I'm sorry, I don't understand. Were you able to upload two songs? If so, then you've used your two free songs with the free account. If you weren't able to upload your second song, then that's something wrong on our side that we can fix for you. Can you send and e-mail to support@uplaya.com from the e-mail address you signed up with? We'll see what's going on and fix any problems on our side.

Go to http://uplaya.com/contests/mtv and click the big Enter the Contest button. As long as your song is approved, there should be a check box on the following page that allows you to enter that song into the contest. You don't need to upload the song again.

As long as you own the rights the entire work (ie: you didn't use someone else's song in the mix), then yes. If you used copyrighted work in your mix and someone else owns that copyright, then you shouldn't upload it.
