I am having heaps of problems with the dates. We are based in Australia.
Summary: when I enter a date in Australian (DD/MM/YYYY 04/12/2009) it turns it into American format (MM/DD/YYYY 12/04/2009) but it also thinks the date is now 4th April 2009 everywhere and I am left with a wrong date, in American format
1) I tried to enter a ticket due on 4rd December 2009 in planning module so I enter 04/12/2009. What happens is that it automatically change it to display in American format 12/04/2009
2) What happens though is that we have it setup as European/Australian in aC so when I go into the ticket it displays as 12th April 2009
3) Under the Timeline it is also set on 12th April 2009 (it is as if it was reading it the European way from the outline mode)
How shall we proceed?

Hi Nirav, thanks for your prompt answer.
I understand what you are saying however there is not much point having a gantt chart that is not organised by due date.
What I am asking is to simply organise the milestones by due date, just like they are under the milestones tab. Let's not worry about the tickets, just the milestones.
Furthermore, when I am working in outline view I really need to see (and I believe everyone) what happens before and what happens next by scrolling up (before) and down (next). Having to twist my brain really removes a lot to the power of the module.
What do other think?

I ended up having a Skype call with Rezgo and we discussed how Rezgo could best address the gift certificate solution and I think it is on the map.
In the meantime we are still emailing the client from Outlook with the attached certificate.
Would be interested to know how you are doing it on your end?

Hi - I actually figured out what was happening. The document.write function isn't supported by xhtml. I changed the definition to <!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/html4/strict.dtd"> and it now works like a charm. WASP sees the code and my original problem of link tagging is also working.
If it wasn't for WASP i wouldn't have known was was happening. Thanks Stephane! And I hope this response gets indexed and helps all other people in the same situation!

I am asking this as we are using the system for Gift Certificates and it would make it easier if suppliers could attach the certificate to the response to the client instead of having to send a separate email from their email program.
Now, you might have a new function coming out in the future to deal with gift certificates - will attachments be available?
