i am having that same exact problem. Apparently there is some sort of lag between what differnet types of tv you have. On both of my LCD tvs, i get nothing. But on the reg tv, it works perfect. There is a way to calibrate the lag but it never fixes it. So thats pretty awesome.-

When i play Guitar Hero on my 60" HD tv i always get lag, but when i play it on the tv 29" regular tv, i get no lag, i'm not sure whats going on with that.
