System Administrator has set policies to prevent this installation! When installing CounterSpy I get an error message stating that: The System Administrator has set policies to prevent this installation. I am running a Windows 2000 OS with SP4 installed. I have 1.4GB of free space on the C: drive. I have checked the local security policies with the Group Policy MMC snap in but there is nothing in there to prevent the installation. I am logged onto the computer as the administrator and it is not on a corporate network, it is on a home network. I am running AVG8 as my antivirus tool and its scans have turned up nothing. I have also scanned the computer using Spybot Search & Destroy (latest version) but it also stated the computer was clean.
