We currently have "was this review helpful" and flexible scoring system (usually implemented as thumbs up/down) in place, but we have now a request for adding textual comments on those reviews. Essentially reviews of reviews.

so, half answering my own question, I'm using the global hotkeys and setting griffin to "send keys" with Win+Up & Win+Down, etc.

This works if focus is _not_ on Songbird, but oddly doesn't work if it does have focus.

Griffin Powermate support or workaround

I'm a long time user and fan of the Griffin Powermate, the analog control knob. I use it for volume, pause, play, next, prev.

They added support for iTunes a while back and now that I'm trying to go with Songbird full time, I need to figure out a way to have it support Songbird too somehow.

Does anyone have any suggestions? I'm on Windows Vista, but the device itself supports MacOS too.

Of course, I'll suggest this to Griffin too, but I had to think that someone out there is having this issue too.

Add multiple email addresses?

An old colleague of mine tried to add me as a friend via my msn (hotmail) address. I can't click on the the link that Facebook provides to add him as a friend because I choose to login using my real email address and it just dumps me back at the homepage. In my profile it says "add/remove email addresses" but when you click that you can only change your primary notification email.

I can't add my old friend, he's got a very common name and the only email I have for him is a work email. And now I'm stuck.
