FC replied on February 21, 2009 20:05 to the problem "Error message...." in Kyte:
Hi Amy,
As a next step, could you run our connection tester (http://www.kyte.tv/flash/MarbachConne...) and send in the output? The test can take some time to run, when it completes you'll get a message saying "All tests completed" with the email address to which you should send the response. You'll have to click on the "Copy to Clipboard" button and paste the contents into the body of the mail.
If you could also ensure that you put your name in the subject line, that will allow us to investigate and get back to you.
Thanks!

Hi Rav Mitterhoff,
There are several ways that you can see the total number of views for a given show.
In the Kyte player, you can click on the "info" button (the "i" icon in the upper left corner of the viewing area) and you'll see "Total views" under the "Show Info" tab. You can also open the show browser (by clicking on the "Shows" tab) and you'll see the number of views for each show under the thumbnail for the show.

FC replied on January 16, 2009 17:37 to the question "channel loading stops at 75% , can't watch/work my channels" in Kyte:
Hi lahuda01, could you try again and let us know if you still see the same behavior?
Stopping at 75% indicates that a component failed to load, clearing your cache may resolve the problem. If not, could you tell us more about your network and computer setup? Are you using Windows/OSX/Linux, what version of the operating system as well as Flash, whether or not you're behind a proxy or firewall, etc...
FC replied on January 16, 2009 17:35 to the question "Nokia 71, Kyte Producer problems!" in Kyte:
Hi submono, sorry to hear about your troubles. We'll be releasing an update to our Kyte Producer in the near future, please check back and see if it helps with your issues.
Also could you tell us if you're using the European or North American version of the E71? We have tested on the NA version and so far have not seen the behavior you're reporting.

FC replied on January 16, 2009 17:29 to the question "Can I use Kyte on N85?" in Kyte:
Hi agiprodj, if you happen to have an N85 available, you should try it out and let us know!
In general, nearly all S60 3rd edition devices with cameras are supported, and as far as I'm aware there are no known issues with the N85. We will be releasing an updated version of the Kyte Producer in the very near future which has some improvements to the Live Streaming functionality, you should check it out!

FC replied on January 16, 2009 17:21 to the question "does n95 store videos on the phone while uploading to kyte. can i transfer a video from my n95 to my computer after the live stream so i can post the video at youtube as well?" in Kyte:
Hi agiprodj, you can indeed store video to the N95 memory and upload it to Kyte by using the "Record and Upload" option in the Kyte Producer menu. Live streams are not saved to the phone, but partner and premium accounts have the option to download show media, so you could pull it down from Kyte after the fact.

Hi marcos2166, we're a bit challenged in the Portuguese department, so forgive me for replying in English.
Sorry to hear that you're unable to log in. Could you try connecting via a wi-fi network instead of over the air and let us know if that works? Some carriers block socket-based traffic, and our Kyte Producer application does not yet support HTTP tunneling.
