Ahh yes, I know about that problem and I'll try to explain why I can't help you out with this one:
De MonsterDebugger uses 2 LocalConnection objects for it's communication. However there are some known bugs in Flash with having more than one LocalConnection: The garbage collector and NetConnection's will break from time to time :-(
But there is some good news: The next version (3.0) will have a Socket object for the communication so the problems with the NetConnection should go away.

Ferdi Koomen replied on October 16, 2009 16:12 to the problem "The application filter does not hide irrelevant folders/classes." in De Monsters:
Hi Eric,
The reason for this is that the filter is not a search. We only load the first level of the live application so we don't know what’s in the deeper levels of your application. But we want to make sure users can navigate to deeper levels. That is why we leave the "folders" active. If you open a folder De MonsterDebugger will get the information from the client and filter out the data again. So folders are used for navigation.
Hope that helps.

Hi Eric,
The only problem is that we can't capture the F5 key from the NativeMenu in FLEX, but we already have a Ctrl + R shortcut for that. But we'll add a small refresh solution for now and look for a solid solution in the next major release.
Thanks for the reply and I hope you'll like the next update.
