Once you create an item by sending a request to Sandy:
Remind me Leave office at 9:30am tomorrow
She should confirm scheduling an item:
21 May (which is tomorrow :)) 9:30am Leave office
Then you reply to her:
remind me 9:30am
That way she will set the reminder time to exactly 9:30am on 21 May-
