Update 2/6: Victoria Wong (vwong@cfares.com) got back to me and applied the rebate for my account.

I don't know if the first ticket I purchased will still go through and have asked her to let me know. I'll keep everyone posted.

Wow. I just signed up with YAPTA, gave them my record locator and they've been on the phone with my airline harassing the airline to give me back my money twice already!

I tried to book a platinum fare twice and only got ticketed the second time, no one responds to emails, phone calls or voicemails.

The promised rebates never show up, even after repeated assurances that they will show up.
