Custom Workflows would rock

The current set of states (start -> finish -> deliver -> accept/reject) hits the 80% case. Unfortunately too many of my projects are in the 20% and this is an increasing source of friction. I'd love some sort of additional state definition here so I could do things like start -> finish -> deliver to staging -> accept/reject -> deploy to production

I'm hesitant to suggest complicating the essential simplicity of the product, but a couple of times now I've needed to see an image of a bug or proposed feature...this has resulted in tracking the task in No Kahuna and emailing the image, which isn't the greatest workflow.

Need RSS feeds

My #1 desire for No Kahuna: RSS feed of activity.

For bonus points, RSS feeds of just added tasks, and of activity on individual tasks.

Happens regardless of site in Firefox. Headlines come through as 1-5 chars and garbled. MarsEdit 2.1.2.

Evaluating Slife and running into a couple of hurdles:

1) Firefox 3 data recording as nonsense symbols rather than page names (unicode issue?)
2) Not recording any time for MarsEdit no matter how long I sit on the window.

Any ideas? Using OS X 10.5.2
