why are there SO many items you don't sell online? i find so many things i love (textiles etc) and none of them are available online. i live in area code 518 and the closest store is in NJ i think. really wish you would open one closer to me! *sigh*

went shopping in colonie center in albany ny for a vegetarian cook book (the vegetarian epicure) and nearly lost my mind trying to find it.also the people running the registers are entirely too pushy when it comes to recruiting members. when i politely declined they pushed and pushed. really not worth going back, i'll be going to borders from now on.

I went in to best buy to purchase a total of about 5 things that would have added up to about $100 but left very unhappy when it was impossible to get an assistance by sales people because I wasn't buying a major appliance, computer or tv. I left only spending $24 ( sony hd mini video tapes) because I could not get any assistance. You all should pay more attention to us smaller buys.
