Publish draft in future?I'm getting the picture ... more advanced text editing widgets in one place. Are you going to let users set future publish dates? Collaborate?-

That's a silly thing for your ISP to do !
Just set the User-Agent to whatever you like with this handy Firefox add-on:

figital asked a question in Flickr on August 10, 2008 18:40:
Would really like to sort or query SET feeds by ordinal or tag !!How do I get an RSS feed of a "set" either in alphabetical order or by tag? There are currently options only to sort by dates. What I'd like to do is get the "first" photo of my choosing (either by set ordinal or by my own tag) to use as the "cover photo" for that set.

What happened to NBA foul totals? Why don't they show foul statistics anymore during televised NBA broadcasts?
figital replied on June 13, 2008 19:34 to the problem "Bring back "tertiary" message viewing" in Twitter:
Thanks for the scoop, MDY.
That's too bad as the "friends tab and feeds" was the main reason I used the site.
To say that it was computationally expensive is NOT accurate since the tertiary comments were already compiled for the secondary friend.
The importance of those feeds (the discovery process) was much higher than their traffic ranking.
I guess I can write a script that compiles my friends' feeds.

Thanks for the info, Thor.
I would be all for seeing a responsiveness metric ... although that might be too relative to measure. (average response time is probably good enough for me to make a decision for my own posts ... response "quality" would be useful)
Just speculating but I'm not sure when a company WOULDN'T want to respond to an item they can't do anything about. Worst-case scenarios might be "we can't do anything about that", "thanks for your feedback" or "see this other post for more information".
No response = notsatisfaction. ; )
figital shared an idea in Get Satisfaction on June 12, 2008 17:28:
Why Bother? (SLA)If employees of a particular company are officially participating in getsatisfaction then it would be nice to see some kind of SLA like "we will respond to reasonable questions within X days".
The few questions that I have posted have not been answered. Wondering why I would bother posting then in the future.
I realize the service is "free" ... but I would hope that my feedback has value that might be reciprocated with a response.

Bring back "tertiary" message viewingBefore May 2008 I could see the messages of the connections of my connections. This was disabled during one your system crashes but has not reappeared. I felt this was one of the the primary benefits of this service --- seeing what one's connections are listening to. When will it reappear?

Firefox 3 Wants Google Toolbar !!When will you be releasing an update of the Google Toolbar for Firefox 3 ?
Most developers have likely been using the betas and release candidates for quite awhile. Any APIs should be locked down since RC1.

I'd like a bigger search box in the Google Toolbar.I use the Google Toolbar in Firefox quite a bit. It would be nice if I had the option to make the input box bigger. Either by sizing it myself or by picking between a predefined list of sizes. (using my own style sheet would be quite cool)
