Filtrbox requires Flash 9 to work properly. If you are seeing a blank screen when you try to log in, this is probably why.

You can verify your version of Adobe Flash by right-clicking on the blank screen and selecting "About Adobe Flash Player" or directly on this page:

I can view the Filtrbox site ok, but when I try to log in, I get a blank screen in the browser.

For the moment, contact us via email - support (at) filtrbox.com with your request for additional Filtrs. Accounts provided during our private beta come with 10 Filtrs and 15 days of article history.

Soon you will be able to upgrade to a Pro ($) account from within the Filtrbox dashboard, and with this you have access to more Filtrs and longer article history.

When I try to add another Filtr, I get a message that says I need to upgrade to add more. I don't see anywhere to do this yet.

Filtrbox searches thousands of mainstream news outlets and the blogosphere. We are constantly working on improving coverage too.

If you want to be sure Filtrbox monitors a particular source for you, you can add the source's RSS feed on the Content tab of the dashboard.
