well i have already done it... yesterday, did not help.
Today, i plugged my friend's old dell ac adapter, which outputs 90 watt, it worked :) , it was such a relief for me.... cant tell
My laptop actually needed 65 watt, and that is what my ac adapter outputs. Right now i am planning to show my ac adapater to the master, and would want him to change the output to about 80 watts. If it cant be done, i am going to buy a new adapter but with more than 65 watt output, may be 80 watt one.

ups. Thank you sonja
At least i could solve one part of the problem, that is the "system will operate slowly" thing. I found a solution from a different forum. It is the Noteboke Hardaware Control program. It makes the laptop operate in maximum capacity.
So right now the laptop is working ok, but the problem with charging still exists...

Thank you electrojake789
It is not that i am not afraid of "dig in" thing, but it is for now my only choice. I have downloaded the tech manual of my laptop from dell's site, but it is not shown in detail the parts of the motherboard. So if you can find that pictorial and post the link of it, i would be very thankful
Thanks for your replies guys

well electojake789, i live in Tajikistan. Dell does not have customer support, the nearest one is in Russia :) a little bit remote for me.
i am going to show it to the master. I am planning to open the case, take out the motherboard, and one more time check and solder the place of the motherboard where charger cable is placed. And also check the AC adapter, whether or not it outputs 65 watt.
Before the problem, the worst laptop manufacturer was Acer for me. Right now it shared that place with dell :)

Yesterday i got “The AC adapter type cannot be determined” error message with my Dell Inspiron E1405. I googled, seems that either my charger is not working properly, or the motherboard problem.
Anyway i am out of warranty, i am very disappointed with Dell Customer Support, i think the worst one among laptop manufacturers. Either i have to call them or send an email, nothing else...can’t chat.... really very poor support.
Anyway I want to know, is there is a way to change that “system will operate slowly” thing to the normal one. Eventhough my battery is not going to charge, at least i want a full performance.... I changed Dell Quickset option to Maximum Performance, but it didnt help. Can you help me?
