I just went to the bank, problem is now resolved. MOO has credited back the debit they took.
I love the product, but I'm very hesitant to risk going through time wasting monetary mess again.
It all started because I ordered online, the transmission didn't work, and I never got my order, but MOO charged me anyway. The answer I got to why this would happen was that they "are having problems with their server."
So, as a repeat customer, how am I to know when the server is having problems and when they are not.

firehorse asked a question in Moo on August 07, 2009 19:38:
MOO took my money, for no order, ignored with emails today.Double charge, no order.
Several days ago, I tried to order 2x100 mini cards for $47.23. I got charged 3X at my bank, and no order place with MOO.
The next day one of the 3 charges of $47.23 each was credited. Then for another few days two charges were still pending and MOO said I had to wait and see if the two charges went through. This morning one of the pending charges went through and I was charged $47.23. The other one was credited. Dan from MOO was communicating with me till today when the charge went through and now my emails are not being returned about the last remaining charge.
As of today, MOO has still taken $47.23 out of my bank, and I don't even have an order for cards. And because nobody at MOO is returning my e-mails or acknowledging this charge, I'm wondering if I'll get my money back at all.
Days should not have to go by while my money is held up and then ultimately taken. And this is a company I like, a company I want to order from. But I don't appreciate
how MOO can take my money without an order, and how I have to wait days to get my money back. I run my own business, and I can credit someone back as fast as I can charge them. They should be able to do the same.
This is bad customer service. All I want is my money back, in a timely fashion.-
