Rate using tray icon menu

I use 5-star rating system for my music collection; also most of the time player is hidden to tray. As you could understand, I'd kindly ask you to add functionality of rating currently playing file through the tray icon right-click menu.
It could be a submenu or just a row with five blank stars available to fill.

Tray icon hint with track info

I mostly use Songbird minimized to tray and I'd like to see info about now playing track. When you want to see some info you could just move a pointer over the Songbird tray icon and get some track info. I suggest showing at least

Talking about realisaton I'd like to see the good old onMouseOver yellow popup hint.
Why:
- transparent popup window is good but it disappears in seconds - if it doesn't, it bothers your eye;
- usual popup window pops up but doesn't disappear by itself, you have to make an action to remove it.
