Hi Chaitra,
Chirag's artwork is fantastic and the fact that he creates art for charity at his age is really quite amazing. Would you consider starting a Firstgiving fundraising page for one of the organizations he loves? He could use a page to raise money and incorporate his art into the page by donating one of his pieces to the highest donor....that's just one idea :) After his page is up and running we could write about it on our blog and get the word out to the Firstgiving community. Let me know what you think.

If you have already created your page and missed the team details page we here on the support desk will have to add your page to a team. You get to the team page by first going to the non-profit's Firstgiving page and following the step by step process to create your page and/or register for an event. If the organization has the team function turned on for the event you will come across the team details page, if not you will not find any indication of teams. If you need instructions on how to follow the page creation process you will find a posting on this Get Satisfaction page, or you can contact us at our support e-mail support@firstgiving.com for instructions. It is helpful if you include your full name, the name of the non-profit organization and the event you wish to participate in. Thank you.

This will bring you to the Team Details page. You can see all pages linked to the team and a list of people (at the bottom) who have registered online for the event and have linked themselves to the team.
A comment on the question "Donor with NO Credit Card" in Firstgiving:
Sharon, while we try to constantly monitor the Get Satisfaction site for questions our first goal is to answer all e-mails that come through the Firstgiving Support E-mail. If you need an immediate answer to a question I would like to suggest that you contact us at support@firstgiving.com and you will hear back from us within the day. Thank you kindly! – Ryan N Doyon, on October 17, 2008 13:26

Hi Roo's mom,
While going through the fundraising page creation process you will land on the Team Details page. On this page you will find a list of teams created and you will select the team you want to join, or you will create the team for others to join. If this step is over-looked, and you move on without joining a team, we can add your page to the team through our system. All you have to do is send an e-mail to the support desk and we will make sure your page is properly linked.
I see that your page is now part of the Foster Families team. Good luck with your fundraising!

Ryan N Doyon replied on September 17, 2008 18:30 to the question "How do we get the page onto Facebook???" in Firstgiving:
We are working to solve this problem as quickly as possible. We've discovered that our application doesn't function with the new Facebook platform, so we are in the process of identifying the problem and getting it up and running again.
Thanks for alerting us to the problem, and we'll let you know when it's fixed!-
