We added a 3,000 character limit to our fundraising page yesterday which we discovered created some problems with editing pages created before the limit was put in place. We are currently working to resolve this issue and make the character limit larger. For the time being I would like for you to write us at support@firstgiving.com with the changes you need made and I will take care of the situation.

Firstgiving sends check payments to non-profits once per month. Payments are sent out around the middle of the month, for the previous month's donations. So all donations made in August will be sent out mid-September. The checks will be sent to the mailing address listed with www.guidestar.org

Once you receive your first check you will have the option to switch to EFT. You can write in and request an EFT form to be sent to you via e-mail. Deposits are made via EFT every Friday for the previous week's donations.
