Hello Firstmage,
Thank you for posting.
Im sorry for the problems you are having. Here are the instructions to uninstall and reinstall of CounterSpy and it should fix the issue.
First, uninstall by using Add/Remove programs, then use the cleaner below.
MSI cleaner
http://tinyurl.com/42ul9 Save to your desktop and run. The go to Start/All Programs/Windows Install Clean Up. Once in there locate CounterSpy and hit remove. If it is not in the list move on to the next step.
CSC cleaner
http://tinyurl.com/ghf7x Save and run.
Restart your computer.
** IMPORTANT** Make sure you have all your other virus/spyware programs turned off before you reinstall.
CounterSpy V3
http://tinyurl.com/y3azwg Save this to your desktop and run.
I have sent your license key to both email address's you provided.

my counter spy keeps trying to reinstall its selfJust about 2 weeks ago every time I turned on my computer counter spy would try to install its self but I have purchased it and cant find my key my email addresses are Firstmage@yahoo.com and kalkin63@yahoo.com I have had to turn off CS in msconfig so how do I fix it, can you send me my key and I reinstall?
