Flypaper Support replied on November 06, 2009 19:29 to the question "How to give different objects unique screen transitions, triggered from a button?" in Flypaper:
Hello Chris. Thank you for contacting Flypaper. If I understand your question, it sounds like you want to build an e-learning project. In Flypaper, you can designate certain boxes (i.e. common banners, text boxes, etc) to be "global" through out the project, while other text boxes, etc can be unique to a specific page. Create your "global" page with all of the appropriate banners, boxes, text, images. When you add pages to the project, those pages will have those common attributes already added. Then you build unique components onto the pages. Concerning the last part of your question, I'm not quite following you. What'd I'd like to do is possibly setup an online meeting where I can observe the issue you're describing and then possibly resolve it for you. Please feel free to contact us at support@flypaper.com. Provide us your contact information and we'll be happy to assist.

Flypaper Support replied on October 26, 2009 19:50 to the question "publish as elearning" in Flypaper:
When a project is published anywhere the program asks you where you want to put it. By default it would put the project in My Documents/Flypaper/Your Projects. The file name will be what ever you called your project .zip, so if your project was Flypaper test your E-learning file would be Flypaper_test.zip. I would recommend that you try to publishing another E-learning project and see what default folder it try to put it in, go to that folder and your other project should be there. If you have tried this and are still having problems please call us at 8665536610.

Flypaper Support replied on August 28, 2009 20:09 to the problem "How to remove Flypaper?" in Flypaper:
Hello JJ,
Please follow the steps below to remove the Flypaper UserAgent string from your Firfox:
The UserAgent string was removed a long time ago. Looking at the users post it appears yours is from RC1.
1. You can manually remove the UserAgent string by entering About:Config into the address bar of FireFox.
2. Scroll down to general.useragent and find the entry with the reference to Flypaper/RC1.
3. Edit the entry and remove the Flypaper/RC1 string from the value.
Please note you should be VERY careful in what you edit in there as you can destroy the FireFox install by modifying the wrong entries. The extra entry in the UserAgent doesn’t have ANY impact on running FireFox and is not used in anyway. The entry was removed from production installers as it wasn’t used and not needed.
Please let us know if this helps

Flypaper Support replied on July 19, 2009 19:22 to the question "Opening *.exe applications and e-mailing through Outlook" in Flypaper:
Most spam filters will strip off any attachment with an .exe extension for security reasons. The best way to send .exe files would be to zip it up first then send it across this will get through most filters. I have also sent you an email requesting more information on your second issue.
