Hi TC - there are so many customer service problems at Adobe unfortunately. We decided to set up a facebook page, and it is working well, people are getting their (sometimes long standing) issues taken care of quickly. Try it - go to Urging Adobe to improve poor service and let anyone else you know who needs help to go there. Adobe is being held accountable and we hope it will last.

Hi all - we have seen over the last couple of months that people are really frustrated with Adobe's poor service. Megan and all-Adobe has dropped the ball where customer service is concerned. They have been pressed to improve because they're on the brink of losing customers (money)...there is a facebook group where furious customers are getting the attention they deserve (finally) and getting their problems solved-with direct access to Adobe Staff, join us and let us know where you are with your issue and get help.

There are dozens of Adobe customers talking here who have been able to get Adobe's attention - and those who have posted their problems have gotten resolution.
