The problem is coming from News of the world, all their RSS feeds are not up to date :(

And they are not providing any others feeds.

That's interesting, can you try to clear your browser cache under Safari and then using the following url: http://www.netvibes.com/?reset=1

Which Firefox and Safari version are you using?
Under Firefox, are you using the firebug addons (http://getfirebug.com)? If so have you got any error message? Can you tell us which one?

Have you got a firewall or are you behind a proxy?
If you try to use the following url: http://www.netvibes.com/?reset=1 are you able to see the netvibes default page?
If now you try to access to your account have you still got any problems?
