Thank you for your quick response. After playing with it a bit longer I have noticed that the subscription does say that it will expire about this time next year. Why has my Firewall turned off?I have recently bought a subscription to the vipre firewall and now its turned itself off completely. I went in and tried to do the clicking on free trial but I can't register it for some reason. I have the number that I registered with when I bought it. What happened? The firewall I have is most likely the trial one but I want the one I bought. How can I get this back?
