I'm so sorry to hear about your friends loss and troubles with T-Mobile. A few months ago I would have found it hard to believe, but not any more. I got a notice last month stating I was late with my payment, but I have automatic (Easy Pay). When I called I was told by an honest operator that someone's else's phone charges had been charged to my account, but it was fixed. When it was fixed it messed up my automatic payment cycle. If it hadn't been for that I would have never known. Now, this month, for the first time, I got a bill for over $800 instead of my normal $92. The party line at TMobile is that it's obviously all me. The problem is not with them.

That is not what T-Mobile told me back in December! They made me sign up for unlimited text messages. Then I started getting weird advertisments from overseas. TMobile text services are bad! You make it sound like TMobile is helpful. I just got a bill for over $800. I normally get a bill for $92. Does that sound like a company that is in your corner? I don't know if Hayden works for T-Mobile, but no one at T-Mobile ever told me about the options you spelled out. In fact, I never get any advertisements from them about new services, except when they mail them to other addresses I have. I've been used T-Mobile services for 5 years. No good deed goes unpunished.
