Foobar lets you choose the audio device (see attached picture). Within winamp, its the same. For ASIO-support, both programs need a plug in.
In general, the use of an extra sound device to connect to my hifi set gives me fantastic sound quality.

The reason for my question: for quality reasons I want to use my USB-sound device (Behringer U-CONTROL UCA202, description here:
http://www.behringer.com/UCA202/index... ) as I do alrady with foobar
