It doen ́t crash. Duplicates only in Outlook, no duplicates in Gmail nor Soocial. Only those 2 connections. Can SOOCIAL unmark this as SOLVED??

Names in Most Spanish Speaking Countries
In certain spanish speaking countries (like Spain, Peru) people will always use two surnames (father's mother's) Not everybody has a second name but it is common.

This mixes up Soocial AND Outlook as they always take the second surname and put it as First Name and the First Surname as Second Middle Name.

When entering contacts is much more likely that the Second Given Name (as it usually is not included in business cards) is missing, so that most times if 3 words are in a contact Name. The first is First given Name, Second is First Surname and 3 is Second Surname
