I'm new here and did some searching and saw your post,, Comcast took over Patmedia and that is when my problems began. A few email address would get rejected by the server for unknown reasons, I would experience dead time where I could not get on the net or send emails. Other friends in my town were experiencing similiar problems. After two weeks of hell and spending more time on the phone I finally gave up. I switched my internet service to my phone company DSL. It is slower by more reliable.
